About Me
I founded Gemini Bakery in July 2024. As a former scientist who has always loved baking, I believe baking is a kind of science—one where you’re always experimenting and optimizing to achieve the best results.
My love for baking began in my childhood kitchen, helping my mom and sisters bake cakes and cookies. Those times brought a lot of joy and laughter to our home. For many years, baking was just a hobby, but in recent years it became a true passion and, eventually, a dream I brought to life with this bakery.
I thoroughly enjoy creating new products, sharing them for people to taste, and using their feedback to refine each recipe—often reducing sugar and fat content so I can offer options for those with dietary considerations. My goal is simple: to craft products that bring joy, spark memories, and turn ordinary moments into something special.
You can find me every Saturday at the Pico Farmers Market in Santa Monica, between 8 am and 1 pm—stop by and say hello! Being part of this vibrant community is one of the most rewarding parts of my baking journey.
